Man blown into air with manhole cover

my friend Isaac was standing on a manhole cover when it exploded into the air. (this is the article from the incident) He broke his clavical and suffers short term memory loss. he’s been repeating the same jokes over and over again because he doesn’t remeber saying them the first time. he also doesn’t remember that he broke up with his girlfriend and got tackled by a S.W.A.T team last week. (this isn’t a joke at all) now he’s dating a new girl.
